As Head of Product, you will own Polariton’s product strategy and lifecycle for optical transceiver engines, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and deliver competitive advantage. You will bridge technology and business, working closely with engineering, business development, and customers to shape products that redefine optical communications.

- Product Vision & Roadmap (Optical transceiver engine): Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for optical engines and CPO solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer priorities, and company strategy. Collaborate closely with engineering and business development to translate technology capabilities into a clear, competitive, and executable multi‑year roadmap.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, customer demos, sampling, launch, iteration, and end-of-life. Drive execution across engineering and commercial teams to ensure product milestones and customer deliverables are achieved with high quality and predictable timelines.
- Market & Customer Analysis: Continuously analyze industry trends, customer roadmaps, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem shifts. Use this insight to anticipate market inflection points, identify opportunities in transceivers and CPO architectures, and guide strategic product and platform decisions.
- Product Requirements Management: Engage directly with hyperscalers, module vendors, and system integrators to distill their needs into clear, actionable product specifications. Prioritize features and performance targets based on impact, feasibility, and competitive differentiation. Provide clear and data-backed requirements to the engineering teams.
- Marketing Deliverables & Product Positioning: Develop compelling technical documentation, application notes, value propositions, and product collateral that clearly communicate the unique benefits of Polariton’s plasmonic technology. Support customer demos, industry events, and business development efforts through high‑quality product materials and messaging.
