Your mission
As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling customer success by demonstrating our products, supporting technical evaluations, and acting as a crucial interface between our internal engineering team and our customers. You will work across the full value chain—from understanding system-level requirements and supporting design input, to hands-on testing and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product demonstrations and technical evaluations for customers, including hands-on setup and measurement (e.g., eye diagrams, BER testing, VNA measurements).
- Provide technical support for the integration of our products into customer systems.
- Understand and communicate the full chain of the optical transceiver system—from PIC design, packaging, and driver electronics to system-level testing.
- Develop application notes, reference designs, and test setups to showcase product performance.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams (design, test, and product management).
