Your mission
Role Summary
We are hiring a Nanofabrication Process Engineer to lead hands-on process development for our photonic modulators. This role requires deep semiconductor manufacturing expertise, flexibility to adapt quickly, and close collaboration with technicians and engineers. You will drive nanofabrication efforts in-house while also ensuring that internal processes are aligned and integratable with external foundry runs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, qualify, and troubleshoot nanofabrication processes in the cleanroom, including lithography, etching, thin-film deposition and characterization.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations, driving solutions for yield and performance improvements.
Develop clear, reproducible process documentation and specifications suitable for handover to external partners, foundries, or internal prototyping lines
Execute and manage related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical and business objectives.
